A useful supplier also needs to support repeat orders, communication and the next stage of your business.

Ask About My Project →
01 I’m not sure which matcha grade I need. Can you recommend one?
Yes. In most cases, you do not need to choose a grade before contacting us. Tell us how you will use the matcha, your target selling price, quality expectations and estimated volume. We can narrow the range to 2–3 practical options for comparison.
02 Can I test samples before placing a commercial order?
Yes. We recommend sampling before larger orders, especially when comparing suppliers or selecting matcha for a new product. Instead of sending every available grade, we normally recommend a smaller selection based on your application and target cost so the comparison is easier.
03 I’m just starting. Do I need to order a large quantity?
Not necessarily. MOQ depends on the matcha, bulk format and packaging method. We support different purchasing stages, from initial testing and smaller commercial orders to larger repeat supply. Private label and custom packaging have separate MOQ requirements depending on the format selected.
04 Is your matcha from Japan or China?
Our matcha is China-origin. We work with tea-producing regions including Guizhou and Zhejiang and offer multiple quality levels for café, retail and food applications. We recommend comparing matcha by actual color, aroma, bitterness, umami, milk performance, batch consistency and commercial cost — not origin alone.
05 Can you make matcha under my own brand?
Yes. Private label options include retail tins, pouches, filling and label application. We can also help review pack size, fill weight, label layout and finished-product cost. MOQ depends on whether you choose standard packaging with labels or more customized packaging.
06 What reports and certifications can you provide?
Documentation depends on the specific product and batch. Available quality-control documents may include COA, microbiological testing, heavy-metal testing and pesticide-residue testing. Selected products may also have additional certification options. If your market requires a specific document or standard, tell us before ordering so we can confirm the suitable product.
07 How do you ship international orders?
Shipping depends on destination, quantity and urgency. Options may include DHL, FedEx, air shipping, DDP routes or larger-volume freight solutions. We confirm the available method, estimated transit time and shipping cost for the specific order before shipment.
08 If I reorder later, can I get the same matcha again?
Repeatability is important for commercial buyers. Once a product is selected, we use the agreed product specification and quality level as the reference for future orders. Matcha is an agricultural product, so some natural batch variation can occur, but repeat supply and batch consistency are part of our commercial sourcing process.
09 How long does matcha last after production?
Typical shelf life is 12 months from production when unopened and stored correctly. Keep matcha sealed, cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture and strong odors. After opening, reseal carefully and use it as soon as practical for the best color and flavor.
